Yoga for Kids: Fun and Easy Poses for Children
Yoga is a wonderful practice that can benefit people of all ages, including children. Practicing yoga can help children develop balance, flexibility, strength, focus, and relaxation skills. Here are some fun and easy yoga poses that you can teach children:

Mountain Pose: Stand tall with your feet together, arms at your sides, and palms facing forward. Take deep breaths and feel yourself becoming grounded.
